With four distinct lofts to choose from, Lake Atitlán Lofts offers accommodations to suit a variety of travelers, from couples and small families to larger groups traveling together. Options range from intimate two-bedroom, one-bathroom lofts to a spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom loft designed for entertaining and extended stays.
The largest loft features two private hot tubs and multiple outdoor living areas, providing ample space to relax, gather with friends and family, and take in the expansive views of Lake Atitlán and its majestic surrounding volcanoes. Each loft has been thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort, privacy, and the extraordinary natural setting.

Located in the Guatemalan highlands at more than 5,000 feet above sea level, our Lake Atitlán vacation rental enjoys an idyllic year-round spring-like climate, with daytime temperatures typically in the upper 70s to low 80s and cool, comfortable nights in the upper 50s to low 60s.
The property is approximately a two-hour drive from Antigua, the UNESCO World Heritage Spanish Colonial city, and about three hours by road from Guatemala City International Airport, or just 20 minutes by helicopter.
